TENDER GROUNDS

A grounding space for regulation, nature connection & inner clarity.

When the world gets loud, the most radical thing is to slow down. This is a space to land, breathe, and remember who you are — beneath the noise.

In turbulent times,
find gentle gound.

About Tender Grounds

In a world that often feels hectic, overly goal over process oriented, and increasingly disconnected and polarized, even the most self-aware souls can feel unrooted. Tender Grounds is a warm, grounding in-person gathering that offers you a safe space to slow down and reconnect. Led by Katharina Kapsamer, this gentle experience invites you to settle your nervous system, listen to your inner compass, and build a nourishing connection with nature and community.

Within this calm and welcoming space, you’ll find practices to soothe your body and clear your mind. We blend nature-based experiences with creative reflection to help you feel centered and inspired. Surrounded by the natural world and a small, supportive circle of people, you can pause from the turbulence of daily life – finding calm, clarity, and connection for the path ahead.

What to expect:

  • Simple body and imagination based practices to calm and center your nervous system

  • Quiet moments outdoors or with natural elements as gateways to reflection

  • Gentle creative and intuitive practices to connect to what's within

  • A small, supportive group where you can slow down, speak honestly, or simply listen — and reconnect with your own wisdom

How it works:

  • Time in nature creates space for what’s real to surface. In that pause, trust deepens, new visions emerge, and transformation and wisdom come forth.

  • Being outside in green spaces naturally calms our nervous system. No pressure or hard work needed. Our heart rate slows down, our blood pressure drops, our immune response goes up.

  • Additionally, we learn to use easy practices to regulate and hug our nervous system to be able to ride the waves of daily modern life, and soothe the parts of us that ache for a slower pace and more sweetness.

  • Rooted in a rich ecosystem of frameworks such as Wayfinder Life Coaching, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), Art of Hosting and trauma informed polyvagal practices from latest findings in neuroscience we dig deep into a toolbox as old as time and our ancestors.

  • Build and expand your inner capacities for more compassionate spaces in and around you. ----- Because the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible (Charles Eisenstein).

  • When deeper spaciousness and safety is felt in the body and shared in community, it ripples outward ----- wherever we go.

  • Find more clarity on your life's purpose and guidance from within. Let your innate creativity speak and your life be transformed in wild new ways.

The idea behind TENDER GROUNDS:

This space arises from a deeply felt need for a humbly science-informed spiritual revolution — a place where we are held and invited to feel. A space that grants us permission to grieve, to soften, and to safely welcome what longs to emerge — that which our fast-paced world so often pushes aside. To protect what is sacred in nature and in all living beings, we must also make space for the sacred within: the quiet stirrings of intuition, the wisdom of the heart, and the truths that can only surface in stillness.

This is a space to remember who you are beneath the noise — so you can return to the world rooted in what truly matters. May you resurface nourished, reconnected to your essence, and truly alive — pulsing with the quiet strength that only truth can bring.

Who is this for?

TENDER GROUNDS is for soft and gentle humans who seek to find refuge from a world that will not stop. To take a break from hustle hulture and befriend their nervous system, normalizing a gentler and kinder world ----- one breath and forest walk at a time ---- with our self, our work, our productivity, our innate creativity, Nature and each other. Because our life is more than just a performance. Each session is a brave step back, back into kindness, truth and self, shaping a sweeter life and a gentle future, and who knows, maybe even a better world, from the inside out.

Humankind has not woven the web of life.

We are but one thread within it.

Whatever we do to the web,

we do to ourselves.

All things are bound together.

All things connect.

WHY STEP INTO NATURE

In today’s fast-paced world, disconnection is common—from the land, from each other, and from ourselves. Nature isn’t just a backdrop; it’s a catalyst for creativity, well-being, and transformative change.

If so, it’s time to step outside.
