About
This Is About You.
I want to begin with something soft.
Not a thesis. Not a concept.
Just a truth.
We are tired. Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes.
The kind of tired that comes from pretending.
From holding it all together.
From performing — even in our rest.
We’ve become experts at living from the outside in.
Checking the boxes. Saying the right thing.
Doing what’s expected. Being what’s needed.
But sometimes, in the quiet, we hear it:
That ache. That tiny question that asks:
'Is this it?'
We’ve been taught to chase success. To be efficient. To stay busy.
But we haven’t been taught how to feel.
We haven’t been taught how to sit with pain, or stillness, or longing.
We know how to move forward, but not how to stop.
We know how to do — but not how to be.
I believe we’re unskilled in the most natural way of being: transformation.
Not because we’re broken — but because no one showed us how.
No one taught us that the pause is sacred.
That not-knowing is a place of power.
My work is about remembering.
Not teaching something new — but helping you come home to what you already know.
To what your body knows. Your breath knows. Your soul remembers.
I create spaces — in nature, in intimacy, in circles, in silence — where you don’t have to perform.
Where you can stop pretending.
Where you can let the weight go.
Where something true can rise.
Because you are not a machine.
And you were never meant to live like one.
If you feel like something is breaking down — maybe it is.
But maybe that’s not the end.
Maybe it’s the start of something real.
Something that’s been waiting for you all along.
You got this.
xoxo
